What carriers do you use?
Delivery to France is handled by our partners La Poste , Colissimo and Chronopost .
International delivery is made by La Poste, Colissimo or Chronopost, then by the local post office of the destination country.
How to track my order ?
The tracking of your order is visible on the La Poste website with your tracking number, available in the shipping confirmation received by email: www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois
If La Poste tracking is unavailable, please wait 48 hours, then click here by selecting "A mail tracking", and insert your tracking number.
Payment
Where can I use my promo code or gift card?
Use your promo code when placing your order in the discount code section of your order summary .
Once the promo code is entered and validated, the amount will be automatically deducted from the subtotal.
How is payment secured?
Payment on our online store is 100% secure thanks to TLS/SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.
Payment is handled by one of our secure payment providers, depending on the payment method chosen: Shopify Payment (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard and American Express), PayPal (4x free of charge available), Mollie (Belfius and Bancontact) or Scalapay (3x free of charge, no minimum purchase).
What means of payment do you accept?
You can pay for your order by Carte Bleue , Visa , Mastercard , Apple Pay or American Express with our secure payment provider Stripe.
You can also use your PayPal account (payment in 4 installments without fees available), or pay in 3 installments without fees with Scalapay (no minimum purchase).

For Europe (including Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany), you can pay by Bancontact, KBC/CBC, Belfius or Giropay with our secure payment provider Mollie.

Payment by bank transfer is available when placing an order (at the end of the list of payment methods). Detailed instructions for making the transfer are displayed after confirming the order.
Bank transfer extends the processing time of your order by 1 to 2 business days. If the transfer is not received within 4 business days following the validation of your order, it is automatically cancelled.

In order to deliver to you within 48 to 72 working hours, we prepare and ship your orders as quickly as possible.
As such, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations, but we will do our best to help.
Is my order registered?
When you place an order, it goes through several stages of verification to guarantee the highest level of security (this process takes a few minutes).
Once your order has been validated, you will receive a confirmation at the e-mail address indicated during your order (remember to check the spam junk mail in your mailbox), and you will be redirected to the "Thank you for your order" page.

What material is your jewelry made of?
Jardin des Bijoux is committed to the quality of its jewelry.
All our jewelry is made of 316L stainless steel (identical to surgical instruments) and 925 silver , as indicated in the details of each piece of jewelry.
None of our jewelry contains lead or nickel.
Can I wear my jewelry in the shower and at the beach?
Our jewelry is water resistant and built to last!
We recommend rinsing your jewelry with clean water when it comes into contact with salt or cosmetic products, so that it continues to shine for a long time.
We recommend avoiding exposing your jewelry to perfume, chemicals or cosmetics for too long to preserve its shine.
Smart tip to prevent the chains of your necklaces from forming knots: when you store your necklaces, leave the clasp sticking out of your Jardin des Bijoux pouch!

I sometimes have allergies, does your jewelry contain nickel?
Our jewelry does not contain any nickel .
They are made of 316L stainless steel (identical to surgical instruments), or 925 silver according to the indication given in the description of each jewel.
Can I find your jewelry in a physical store?
We do not sell to physical stores.

Returns & Refunds
How to return or exchange a jewel?

You can return an item within 90 days of delivery.
Return costs are your responsibility and damaged or gifted products cannot be refunded.
Once your return request has been accepted, you will receive by email the return address of our logistics teams located in Normandy.
